Our client, A. Stephanides & Son Luxury Goods Ltd, has over 50 years of experience in trading of luxury goods and they are the local representatives of the most valuable brands in the area like Rolex, Patek Philippe, Bucheron. Gucci, Baume Mercier and others.
On their behalf, we are seeking to recruit Client Sales Advisors for their boutiques in Nicosia, Cyprus.
The Position:
The successful candidates need to be ambitious individuals who can work closely with the management of the company and the brands they represent in order to achieve profit targets by providing a passionately crafted luxury experience to visitors and clients, immersing them in the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and the promise of acquiring an exceptional product.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Establish a genuine connection with visitors and clients creating a sense of trust and understanding, and making them feel valued and heard
Showcase products in a way that captures the visitors’ and clients' attention
Perform storytelling providing information to visitors and clients about its product line, how it came to life, history, features, visionary individuals who have shaped the brand's success, guarantee, etc. to enhance their connection with the product
Answer visitors’ and clients’ questions and offer alternative products if requested product is not available taking into consideration the matching style
Advise the client on how to use the chosen product
Implement policies formulated by the company’s management such as discount policy, gift arrangement and usage, and general expenditure
Receive and process cash or online payments from clients
Prepare invoices and tax-free forms using the POS system (where applicable)
Maintain store log of client product requests (Wishlist) and provide continuous feedback about the status of the requested item
Handle instore client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner ensuring satisfaction in coordination with concerned stakeholders
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by management
Provide the Client Relations Management department with the necessary client information, interests, and experience requirements/feedback
Support in organizing launch events for private clients in coordination with concerned departments and attend to the private experience of the client during the events
Provide recommendations to the Boutique Manager regarding new practical ideas to improve the Boutique experience and exterior, and to maximize sales and client service
Conduct online assessments and attend training provided
Uphold the brand’s image by maintaining standards and integrity within the Boutique and outside
Skills & Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience will be considered as an advantage.
Fluency in English and Greek both in writing and verbally.
Computer literacy.
Location: The position is for the Client's boutiques in Nicosia, Cyprus.
