On behalf of our client, an Information Technology and Consulting Services Company based in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit an Administrative Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing support to clients and associates via telephone, email and Teams
Front desk / reception duties, including welcoming visitors and informing the relevant personnel
Filing and organizing documents and emails, as well as providing general administrative and secretarial support including computer-based information
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email distribution
Ordering office supplies and stationery
Providing full travel-related support
Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Secondary School Leaving Certificate
A university degree or other equivalent qualification will be considered an advantage
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
Very good computer skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills

The position is based at the offices of the Client in Nicosia.
