The Position:
On behalf of our Client, we are seeking to recruit a motivated, organized, and communicative Event Coordinator, Sales and Operations Executive to join their growing team in Nicosia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming event requests, preparing quotations and proposals, and coordinating all internal departments and external partners to ensure flawless event execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and manage event requests through phone, email, or online channels.
Prepare and send event offers, quotations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
Act as the central contact point between clients and the Chef, Head of Bar, Waiter Manager, Storeroom, and decorators or external suppliers.
Oversee the complete event coordination process from initial inquiry to final delivery.
Maintain accurate records in the event calendar and CRM system.
Coordinate with the operations team regarding menu selections, logistics, and staffing.
Support on-site during major events to ensure seamless organization.
Follow up with clients for confirmations, deposits, and post-event feedback.
Assist management in monitoring event budgets and reports.
Contribute creative ideas for new event concepts, menus, and experiences.
Skills - Qualifications – Experience:
University degree in any scientific discipline is required.
Experience in event coordination, catering sales, or hospitality operations will be considered an advantage, but is not essential.
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple event files simultaneously and maintaining effective communication with both clients and the operations team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM or event management systems will be considered a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-site during events when needed.
