The Position:
RED HR Solutions is seeking a passionate and driven Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying client hiring needs and filling assigned job openings. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job design and vacancy advertising to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and administration of the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Client & Candidate Management: Build strong relationships with client hiring managers, understand their staffing needs, and act as a trusted advisor to candidates by providing guidance and ongoing support.
Talent Sourcing & Headhunting: Proactively identify and engage both passive and active candidates through multiple channels, including the company’s database, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screenings, video interviews, and in-person interviews, evaluating candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit using a variety of assessment techniques.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job analysis, drafting compelling job descriptions, strategically advertising vacancies across multiple platforms, and managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Business Development: Support the growth of the firm by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Office Administration & Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and provide administrative and operational support to the Company Directors when required, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Qualifications, Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in Human Resource Management will be considered an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a recruitment agency or a high-volume in-house HR role, with proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with modern HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Native or near-native fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
High level of resilience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Location: The position is for our offices in Nicosia with the possiblity for remote working.
