Portfolio Management Officer

The Client:

• Banking Intermediation: Loan restructuring, mortgage analysis, credit refinancing, complaint handling, cash flow forecasting, and legal/procedural assessments.

• Insolvency Advisory: Liquidations, receiverships, examinerships, bankruptcy administration, debt repayment plans, and related investigations.

The Position:

On behalf of our Client, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Portfolio Management Officer. The successful candidate will report to the General Manager and the Managing Director, supporting the management of diverse cases and contributing to our continued growth and excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of insolvency, banking intermediation, and financial advisory cases.

• Collect and analyse data for each case, ensuring thorough evaluation.

• Organise diaries, meetings, appointments, events, and conferences.

• Monitor and follow up on key tasks and deadlines.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

• Maintain accurate client and company records, including payments and accounting files.

• Liaise professionally with staff, clients, and associates.

• Provide administrative support across various departments as needed.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager and/or Managing Director.

Skills - Qualifications – Experience:

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of the financial services sector.

• Excellent command of Greek and English (oral and written).

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

• High attention to detail and organizational ability.

• Previous experience in banking, non-performing loans, or insolvency cases will be considered an advantage.

Location:
The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Remuneration:
An attractive remuneration package according to the candidate’s experience and qualifications including 13th salary and provident fund.
