Real Estate Development Executive

The Client:

On behalf of our client, a leading company of restaurants and cafes in Cyprus, we are seeking a Real Estate Development Executive to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Search, identify and assess new restaurant locations across Cyprus
• Build and maintain a strong network of real estate agents, landlords and developers
• Negotiate, prepare and manage head terms, rental and sales agreements
• Conduct due diligence for candidate locations
• Prepare site proposals and presentations for review and decision-making

Skills - Qualifications – Experience:

• Good Knowledge of the real estate market will be considered an advantage
• Ambitious, energetic and proactive personality
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with external parties
• Commercial mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow up fast
• Previous exposure to real estate/retail/commercial roles is a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Good Knowledge of Greek and English

Location:
The position is for the Company’s offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
