The position
This role is dedicated to the development, configuration, and continuous evolution of our CRM technology ecosystem. You will be part of a greater team owning the technology that enables customer engagement across the Bank, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with business requirements. The team serves as the primary administrator and builder of the platform, managing vendor releases, enforcing security protocols, configuring complex data workflows, and providing the technological foundation that allows the business to streamline customer experience.
