The Position:
On their behalf, we are seeking an Investor Relations & Business Development Officer to join ther Business Development team at Nicosia Head Office. The successful candidate will combine strong financial acumen with a client-focused mindset, playing a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, supporting their ongoing investment activity, and assisting business development initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the full client process, including reservations, agreement preparation, and onboarding.
Prepare KYC and AML files for the Compliance Officer.
Maintain and update the client database, including preparation of holding tables.
Respond promptly to client queries and requests, ensuring a high standard of service.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Underwriting teams.
Identify and address key issues, providing solutions where necessary.
Prepare and manage all client correspondence, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management.
Ensure timely communication with clients on all matters relating to redemptions and investment extensions.
Provide clients with up-to-date information on company products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, supporting them with information and guidance to encourage continued or increased investment activity.
Support business development initiatives by assisting in client presentations, proposals, and communications.
Consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service standards.
Skills - Qualifications – Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
2+ years’ experience in client relationship, investor relations, or client service roles.
Strong finance background with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Client service oriented, with the ability to build and maintain long-term investor relationships.
Commercially minded, with the ability to support investment growth and business development initiatives.
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Computer literate and comfortable with database management.
Native Greek speaker with fluency in English (written and spoken).
CySEC Advanced certification would be a plus; sponsorship for the exam will be provided if not already obtained
Location: The position is for the Client’s offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate including a performance-based bonus system.
