The Client

Our client is a leading Cypriot investment holding company listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, with a diversified portfolio spanning real estate, and other private equity investments.

Job Overview

We are looking to recruit an experienced Officer - Real Estate to oversee the performance, strategy, and management of their property portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing asset performance, evaluating new investment opportunities, and driving portfolio development.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management & Monitoring: Day-to-day oversight of the property portfolio, ensuring all real estate assets are maintained, operated, and performing in alignment with broader business objectives.
• External Advisory Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with external valuers, property managers, engineers, and other professional consultants, reviewing technical reports, appraisals, and strategic recommendations.
• Investment & Portfolio Expansion: Assist in evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities and support portfolio growth by identifying strategies for deploying new assets or re-deploying existing ones.
• Lease Administration & Oversight: Manage key lease administration matters—including rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant relations—in close coordination with legal and finance teams.
• Financial Performance & Budgeting: Monitor asset performance metrics, operational costs, capital expenditure (CapEx), and strict budgetary controls to ensure optimal returns.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive internal reports, financial models, and inputs regarding valuation updates, asset performance, and overall portfolio strategy for executive leadership.

Academics, Experience & Qualifications

• Academic Background: University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Civil Engineering and or Architecture.
• Professional Focus: Strong background in corporate real estate, real estate investment, asset management, or real estate advisory.
• Technical & Analytical Skills:
  • Proven ability to analyze financial data, read valuation reports, and monitor operating budgets.
  • Familiarity with real estate metrics (CapEx, OpEx, NOI, yield evaluations).
  • Understanding of lease contracts, corporate legal frameworks, and financial reporting.
• Soft Skills: Excellent project coordination, stakeholder management, and reporting abilities with high attention to detail when working directly with senior executive leadership.

Location: 

The position is for the offices of the Company in Nicosia.
