Our client, a top-rated professional services firm in Nicosia, is looking to recruit a Recruitment Officer.
Position:
The Recruitment Officer will support in the recruitment efforts of the firm.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Drafts job descriptions in collaboration with department heads and publishes them across appropriate recruitment channels
Liaises with recruitment agencies regarding role requirements
Screens CVs and conducts initial telephone interviews
Maintains consistent and professional communication with candidates, including acknowledgements and rejection notifications
Maintains an accurate and compliant CV database, feedback from interviews, maintain recruitment records
Coordinates and organises interviews as well as performs initial interviews
Designs structured assessment methods
Prepares hiring recommendations, offer letters and employment contracts in line with approved firm salary bands
Maintain the annual recruitment plan and ensures it is kept up to date
Manages the onboarding process and completes all pre-employment checks
Prepares and oversees the induction program
Other departmental and / or Firm-wide duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Around 2 years of relevant experience within a professional services organisation
Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Interview skills
Ability to work under pressure adhering to tight deadlines
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Location: The position is for the offices of the company in Nicosia
Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package according to qualifications and experience will be offered to the successful candidate including 13th salary and Provident Fund.
