Product Management Senior Specialist

The Client:

Our client Allwyn, a leading gaming company in Greece and Cyprus and one of the most renowned in its industry worldwide is expanding its operations in Cyprus and is looking to recruit a Product Management Senior Specialist.   

Position Mission: 

To assist in the development and improvement of the assigned product proposition, and market positioning, through the monitoring and reporting of the product performance and the design and implementation of the GTM (Go to the Market) and marketing plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports the establishment of the processes, procedures and standards related to lottery product, to enable its accurate, effective and efficient operation, according to business requirement and regulatory obligations
• Proposes marketing activations and GTM plan and monitors roll - out marketing plans, including the ATL / BTL marketing initiatives, according to customer data, market trends etc. to maximize ROI and market impact
• Provides the numeric games product guidelines for the creation of stores' marketing material and aligns with Marketing and Retail Teams for its production and implementation in the network
• Develops analytical reports on numeric games product performance and KPIs, identifying areas of concern and proposing actions for improvement
• Assesses market and customer insights and supports the development of actionable changes that will improve competitiveness
• Monitors and assesses the operational performance of the assigned numeric games products) according to specifications
• Proposes suitable technical features and product improvements to increase numeric games product competitiveness
• Monitors the performance and the P&L responsibility for all numeric games products and sales channels
• Performs UAT scenarios for all numeric games product-related project deliverables
• Supports respective legal actions for products and authorization from NBA
• Responds to ad-hoc assignments to meet business needs that are not specifically or previously described and are related to the content of current job and the personal skills and capabilities

Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

• BSc and/or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other relevant field
• Hands-on experience in a related role
• CRM and Loyalty Experience is required
• Excellent communication skills

Location:

The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Remuneration: 

Annual Gross Salary based on qualifications and experience: €40K – €45K
