Human Resources (HR) Specialist

The Client:

Our client Allwyn, a leading gaming company in Greece and Cyprus and one of the most renowned in its industry worldwide is expanding its operations in Cyprus and is looking to recruit a Human Resources (HR) Specialist.   

Position Mission: 

To provide information and support to employees for all HR queries and execute all the administration tasks related to employee benefits, onboarding paperwork, contracts, overtime & working schedules, employee leaves, health n safety, according to the company’s procedures and policies and legal framework

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles HR reports (e.g., headcount, hirings & separations, organizational structure, employee infographics etc.) according to management and business requests
• Responds to any HR related queries and requests, providing necessary support and clarifications when necessary
• Supports the daily implementation of HR related procedures across the organization, wherever required, following specific directions from Allwyn GR People Team
• Validates the compliance of all operations with labor law
• Maintains employee records (onboarding of employees, leaves, and training)
• Updates relevant policies in compliance with the regulatory framework
• Maintains the company’s pay plan, as well as its benefits program
• Keeps up to date with Health and Safety Law and ISO requirements
• Responds to ad-hoc assignments to meet business needs that are not specifically or previously described and are related to the content of current job and the personal skills and capabilities

Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

• BSc in Business Administration/Human Resource Management
• Postgraduate studies in relevant field would be a plus
• Hands-on experience in related role is required
• Knowledge of HR Applications (e.g. SAP Success Factors, HCM Singular Logic)
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent organisational, teamwork and communication skills

Location:

The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Remuneration: 

Annual Gross Salary based on qualifications and experience: €30K – €35K plus other benefits
