Job Description: Site Engineer – High-Rise Towers (Residential & Commercial)

**Location:** Thane & Mulund, Mumbai
**Experience:** 6–8 Years (end-to-end execution of high-rise towers)
**CTC:** ₹6,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with expertise in high-rise residential and commercial towers using MIVAN/Aluform technology. The candidate should have handled projects from foundation to finishing, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Execution

- Execute daily/weekly work plans aligned with master schedules.
- Perform setting-out, centerline marking, and precise demarcation for towers, podiums, basements, and ramps.
- Manage MIVAN shuttering cycles (pour planning, strike/refix cycles, box-outs, embedments).
- Supervise concreting activities, including foundations, shear walls, slabs, podiums, and ramps.

Quality & Safety

- Ensure quality control across all civil and finishing works.
- Monitor reinforcement, shuttering, waterproofing, and concreting as per QA/QC checklists.
- Conduct cube tests, pour cards, and curing checks.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with EHS protocols on site.

Coordination & Supervision

- Review drawings (structural, architectural, and MEP) and raise RFIs/TQs.
- Coordinate with MEP teams for sleeves, block-outs, and inserts.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth site progress.
- Joint measurement and verification with contractors.

Commercial & Documentation

- Prepare and verify BBS (Bar Bending Schedules).
- Reconcile materials (steel, concrete, RMC) every 15 days.
- Certify contractor RA bills with proper documentation.
- Maintain systematic records in Excel and generate daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.

Requirements

- 6–8 years of experience in execution of high-rise towers (residential/commercial).
- Hands-on experience with MIVAN/Aluform technology.
- Strong foundation and superstructure knowledge.
- Expertise in BBS, reconciliation, and contractor/vendor management.
- Proficient in Excel and reporting; MS Project/Primavera knowledge is a plus.
- Must be Mumbai-based with knowledge of local construction practices and regulations.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proven track record of completing at least one tower project from start to finish with MIVAN technology.
