Ui Ux Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong experience in designing complex, workflow-driven enterprise applications, particularly within manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, and industrial domains. The role demands a deep understanding of operational workflows, data-intensive systems, and real-world constraints, with a focus on delivering intuitive, efficient, and compliant user experiences.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams to design scalable, high-quality digital products across web, tablet, mobile, and rugged devices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise, industrial, or B2B UX design
• Working knowledge of manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or industrial systems
• Familiarity with workflow-driven enterprise applications such as WMS, MES, inspection, or operations platforms
• Strong understanding of operational constraints, compliance needs, and traceability in industrial environments
• Experience designing data-intensive interfaces, dashboards, and task-critical user journeys
• Proven ability to translate complex workflows into clear, efficient, and usable UX solutions
• Expertise in Figma for UI design, component libraries, and interactive prototyping
• Experience designing responsive and adaptive interfaces across desktop, tablet, mobile, and rugged devices
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in Agile / Scrum-based product development environments

Core Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences including user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Ensure UX solutions support compliance, traceability, audit readiness, and operational accuracy
• Design interfaces for tablets, mobile devices, rugged hardware, scanners, and barcode/QR-based interactions
• Organize and maintain large Figma files for multi-module, enterprise-scale applications
• Maintain and evolve UX consistency and design system standards across products
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and Operations teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Enable strong developer handoff using Figma Inspect, annotations, redlines, and documentation
• Validate designs against real-world workflows, edge cases, and usability constraints
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Engineering, or a related field
• Equivalent practical experience in enterprise UX design will be considered in lieu of formal education

Tools & Technologies

• Figma (Design systems, prototyping, Inspect)
• Prototyping and collaboration tools (FigJam, Miro, or similar)
• Familiarity with design handoff and documentation practices
