Job Title: Product Manager – AI/ML

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager – AI/ML who can own and drive AI/ML-powered products and data-driven initiatives end-to-end. This role requires close collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable AI/ML solutions and ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML products 
• from ideation and discovery to delivery, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Translate business problems and user needs into well-defined AI/ML use cases, product requirements, and measurable success metrics.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to define data requirements, modeling approaches, and technical feasibility.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business stakeholders.
• Lead planning, prioritization, roadmap management, timelines, and risk mitigation for AI/ML initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, progress tracking, and expectation management.
• Ensure alignment across the AI/ML lifecycle — data readiness, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Manager / Project Manager / Business Analyst delivering AI/ML or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, analytics, and data-driven decision frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product and AI/ML solution specifications.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams, including Data Science and Engineering.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI/ML products in production environments.
• Familiarity with model performance metrics (e.g., precision, recall, F1, MAPE, RMSE), experimentation, and iteration cycles.
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies in AI or data product teams.
