Job Title: Team Member Cards Business Development
Job Summary:
Development and Implementation of Card products, driving sales through campaigns, management and enhancement of the card applications to meet needs, Vendor relationship management, ensure implementation and execution of the card strategy, revenue generation, efficiency improvement and overall business process management
Duties & Responsibilities
- Driving card usage and segment optimization in line with market and growth opportunities
- Developing initiatives to grow credit and debit cards Ensuring a unique customer experience for transaction capabilities for cards product
- Ensuring efficiency in customer fulfilment, servicing and relationship management
- Ensuring right carding of customers always.
- New Product development to drive card adoption and loyalty
- Generate demand to proactively reach potential customers to take up the Bank cards Review, prepare and give customer presentations
- Provide useful inputs on innovations and enhancements for the bank’s cards products Drive active take up of cards for all NTB and ETB account holders.

- Percent Growth in Active UBN Cards (across all businesses)
- Number of Active Retail Cards
- Growth in Card Transaction Values (Web, POS)
- % of Active Cards (at least once a month)
- Growth in Card Transaction Volumes (Web, POS)
- Average Revenue Per Carded Customer
- Effective Management of Card Business Costs (settlement, etc)
- % of Failed Transactions
- % of Digitally Requested Cards
- TAT of Card Fulfilment
- Growth in No of Customers with Credit Card
- On time Execution of Card Projects (Card rules, Fraud management)
Job Requirements
- Functional knowledge of digital channels and cards products
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years’ experience minimum in cards environment
