Job Summary
Will deliver high quality service and customer retention approach to managing client relationships to enhance product sales and new client growth targets, and deliver on agreed individual targets for deposit growth, revenue, PBT, product sales and new client growth targets. For Premier Banking, He/she will work with EDC to provide wealth management services to customers.
The basic responsibilities for the commercial banking arm will include seeking and maintaining customers via day to day call activities, while documenting calls made daily via a call memo. Promote the image and values of the bank under existing environment of stiff competition and a growing emphasis on quality customer service. Creation of quality risk assets and effectively manage balance sheet along target lines.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, business development and marketing from Commercial Banks, FMCGs & Distributive Trade, Insurance Banks, MicrofinanceBanks, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical, IT and Fintech
- Good knowledge customer segmentation
