Job Title: Sale and Marketing Manager (Senior). Industry: Sanitary wares/ Porcelain tiles/ Ceramic manufacturing Location: Shagamu Ogun State ABOUT THE ROLE: The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing activities of the company to achieve its business objectives. This role owns and drives the overall revenue, marketing, and brand strategy of the company. He or she will be expected to possess and demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to the company’s core objectives and success. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: * B.Sc/HND degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field * Experience in B2B sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success * Proven brand and marketing communication experience * 10+ years business operational experience with at least 5 years of which is in a leadership role. Experience in similar industry is an added advantage * Familiarity with an ERP like MS Navision, SAP or SAGE OTHER REQUIREMENT: * In-depth knowledge of marketing concepts/strategy, the building materials industry, and its products * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a sales team and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. * Customer focused and resulted driven. * Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. * Open to travel within and outside Nigeria * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to use data to drive sales and marketing strategies.
