The Finance Lead is responsible for managing financial reporting, creating financial statements, analyzing financial data, overseeing accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They play a key role in providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, driving efficiency and profitability within the organization. Additionally, the Finance Lead (Nigeria) works closely with senior management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures Controller that align with the company's goals and objectives. Overall, the Finance lead plays a vital role in maintaining financial stability and driving sustainable growth for the business in Nigeria.
