Job Summary

Our Client, a leading FMCG Paper Packaging company in Nigeria is looking for an experienced and dedicated Printing Machine Foreman who will oversee the daily operations of the offset printing machine section, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of printed materials. The foreman will be responsible for coordinating workflow, managing inventory, and implementing improvements to enhance production efficiency. Also, strong leadership, technical expertise, and attention to detail are essential for this role to meet production goals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills

• 5- 10 years of experience in the printing industry, with hands-on experience in operating printing machinery.
• BSC/HND or equivalent; a degree in printing technology or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
•  In-depth knowledge of various printing techniques and equipment.
•  Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
