Job Title: Head, Retail Sales
Purpose of Job
The Head, Sales is responsible for providing strategic and policy direction and managing the overall performance of the Sales team. The incumbent’s sole responsibility is to provide policy direction for the sales force towards the attainment of corporate objectives through the development of marketing and sales vision & mission. He/ She is also responsible for ensuring profitable returns on all company products sold through the various SBUs.
