Meeting with potential and existing clients to secure MOD and New Sales.
Ensure 100% participation and submission on all tender documents.
Maintain customer relations; increase the business of MOD / phased sales to the company strategic plan.
Ensure all sales targets are met as per company and individual plan.
Understand the products for MOD and New Sales.
Apply sales strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
Establish prospective customers/clients and new target segment and penetrate mod sales in that area.
Must be able to convert leads to sales through good communication, follow-ups and positive attitude.
Participation in trade shows, exhibitions, networking with local associations to promote Otis Elevators and Escalators.
Monitor the fluctuating market to establish competitors, latest innovation of the products.
Understanding of latest elevator & escalator regulation in the elevator industry and apply regulations to product and to customer and update customer.
