IT Specialist
Location: Multiple sites across South Africa
Salary: R15 000 – R25 000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across our branches and sites throughout South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving day-to-day IT issues, supporting users, maintaining systems, and ensuring seamless IT operations across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and workstations for new employees.
Manage user terminations, including the removal of access rights and retrieval of equipment.
Maintain and support office IT infrastructure across multiple sites (including servers, printers, routers, and other network devices).
Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventative maintenance.
Troubleshoot connectivity, system, and software issues both onsite and remotely.
Collaborate with management and vendors to resolve escalated technical problems.
Keep detailed records of IT assets, support tickets, and resolutions.
Provide user training and guidance on IT best practices and system usage.
Requirements
Matric and a relevant IT qualification (e.g. A+, N+, or equivalent).
2–4 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to various sites across provinces.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
