Key Responsibilities

• Transport Coordination: Manage all freight movement, specifically overseeing transportation into, within, and out of the bonded warehouse and to the final export destination.

• Operational Oversight: Resolve delays and disruptions, liaising daily with carriers to guarantee on-time delivery.

• Documentation & Compliance: Process, file, and reconcile all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies. Handle all administrative functions for cross-border documentation.

• Resource Management: Manage and monitor fuel allocation against specific routes to ensure efficiency.

• Reporting & Feedback: Provide accurate, real-time updates to the export sales team on delivery status. Prepare detailed logistical operational reports.

• Risk Management: Handle all incident and accident reporting and resolution.

Minimum Requirements

• Logistics Diploma or relevant qualification.

• 2-5 years of similar experience, preferably within the Automotive or Logistics sectors.

• Expert-level knowledge of Incoterms and country-specific export regulations.

• Valid Code 10 License.

• Ability to manage high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.

• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

• Strong team orientation.
