Ensure delivery on all pipeline commitments

Customer Service Management
Maintain Weekly and monthly meetings with potential and existing clients to drive the O & T & Mod Sales figure in your region.
Maintain customer relations and grow the business of the company by generating O & T & Mod Sales.
Establish prospective customers/clients and new target segment and penetrate sales in that area.
Keep relationships with key account customers.
Monitoring of contract agreements and customer requirements regarding obsolesce and age of equipment’s.
Collaborate with the construction team
Administration
Ensure that all construction mod sales documents timeously to head office.
Ensure that the customer tender document has been completely read and understood and contains the requirements of the document for pricing.
Ensure that you have 100% tender submission on time to tender date.
Monthly forecast to be send to the sales director
Attend all forecast meeting as per calendar appointments
Attend to branch meetings as per branch manager’s instruction.
Ensure all pipeline targets are achieved.
Performance
Ensure all objectives / targets are met as per Company and individual plan.
Understand new products that are being launched.
Apply where required complete sales strategies for all to meet sales forecast and targets.
Ensure proposals are submitted to the requirements of sales efficiency to individual target.
Must be able to convert leads to sales through good communication, follow-ups and positive attitude.
Participation in trade shows, exhibitions, networking with local associations to promote Otis Products.
Monitor the fluctuating market to establish competitors, latest innovation of the products.

Ensure that you adhere to safety culture not only on site but in the office environment as well.

Other:
There is a requirement to spend time at clients’ sites which could require the ability to access construction environment terrain and/or use stairs.
Regular travel between offices and client sites will be required with occasional overnight stays.
