Technical Advisor Agent
Description
Technical advisory support to branches, dealers, and clients.
May be required to travel from time to time within the border of RSA and cross border at short notice.
Develop and maintain good relations with branches, dealerships, and clients.
Attending technical meetings.
Conduct technical analysis of failures and to provide necessary technical reports with relevant recommendations and solutions to reduce failures.
Ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
Maintain and monitor maintenance operating process and procedures within the dealer network.
Conduct internal audits, provide assistance and solutions to areas lacking.
Laise with FAW Technical Supervisor and National Aftersales Manager regarding all relevant technical issues.
Visit customers where required/necessary.
Developing and implementing action plans to technical issues.
You may be required to perform other duties that may reasonably be required by Management.
Ensure that all tasks performed comply with minimum standards required by FAW SA.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Minimum requirements:
Matric
Minimum 2 years experiences in similar role
Diesel Trade Test Certificate
Technical background in the motor industry will be an advantage
Code 14 License
