Requirements and skills

Performance Marketing

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
• Conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies

SEO & Organic Growth

• Manage and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page SEO, and off-page optimization
• Improve website visibility, rankings, and organic traffic growth
• Work closely with content teams to build SEO-focused content strategies

AI-Enabled Marketing

• Use AI tools to streamline marketing execution, campaign planning, and content generation
• Experiment with automation tools to reduce repetitive marketing work and improve efficiency
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies that can enhance marketing performance

Analytics & Optimization

• Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards
• Analyze user behavior and campaign insights to improve conversion rates
• Build reports and actionable insights for continuous marketing improvement

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, and technical basics)
• Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
• Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns for performance
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in using AI tools within marketing workflows
• A proactive mindset with the ability to experiment and innovate
