Requirements and Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong LinkedIn networking and research abilities
• Hands-on experience or eagerness to learn AI tools — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Clay, Apollo, or similar
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or online bidding tools is a plus
• Fresh graduates or final-year students from business, marketing, or related fields
• Genuine interest in IT, SaaS, and AI-driven solutions

Responsibilities:

AI-Driven Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Use AI tools to identify, research, and qualify potential clients at scale via LinkedIn, industry platforms, and online communities
• Leverage AI to analyze prospect needs and craft tailored outreach that resonates

AI-Assisted Outreach & Client Engagement

• Write personalized cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up sequences using AI — then iterate based on response data
• Manage client interactions across calls, emails, and video meetings with AI-generated prep and notes

Sales & Relationship Management

• Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from first contact to deal closure
• Develop AI-refined pitches and proposals to convert cold leads into long-term clients

Automation & Workflow Optimization

• Build and use AI-powered outreach workflows (Zapier, Make, HubSpot, or similar) to automate routine follow-ups and tasks
• Continuously test and improve sequences to maximize conversion rates

Market Research & Trend Intelligence

• Use AI to monitor IT and SaaS trends, track competitor activity, and surface new business opportunities
• Stay updated on how AI is transforming sales, customer engagement, and go-to-market strategy

Pipeline & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate, AI-enriched records in CRM software
• Use data and AI insights to prioritize leads, structure follow-ups, and improve pipeline health

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with marketing, tech, and operations teams for smooth project delivery
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and outreach materials using AI tools
