Business Analyst Trainee

We're looking for a sharp, communication-driven Business Analyst Intern who loves making sense of complex problems and turning client ideas into structured, actionable plans. If you enjoy client conversations, documentation, and bridging the gap between business and technology  this role is for you.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Basic knowledge of documentation practices
• Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools
• Awareness of SDLC and software project workflows is a plus
• Proactive, eager to learn, and ownership-driven mindset

What You'll Work On

• Client requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Preparing SOWs, Data Dictionaries, system diagrams, and presentations
• Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and work hours
• Coordinating with internal and external teams for smooth project delivery
• Supporting resource planning, allocation, and management
• Participating in system architecture discussions and technical feasibility reviews
• Maintaining consistency in project documentation and reporting

Responsibilities

• Own client communication, relationship management, and satisfaction
• Handle client portfolio management and ensure positive client reviews
• Identify and foresee upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
• Assess project risks and provide timely, practical solutions
• Manage project financial accounts and ensure billing accuracy
• Ensure strict confidentiality of client information and financial data
• Contribute to overall project management, account security, and delivery excellence
