-Design and implement end-to-end solutions for the squad within the Core Tribe, ensuring alignment with business requirements. -Develop low-level designs (LLDs) based on high-level designs (HLDs) and architectural blueprints, leveraging reusable assets from the Centers of Enablement (C4E). -Act as the squad’s technical authority, providing guidance to the development team in line with established architectural principles and standards. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PEDG, to co-design user-centric experiences (UI/UX) and deliver solutions that effectively meet user needs. -Work closely with Technical Project Managers, Cloud Engineers, Software Engineers, and Test Leads to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of solutions. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): -Projects are delivered successfully within the defined scope, budget, and timelines. -Solutions are deployed effectively, with no functionality gaps or quality issues. -Adherence to architectural and design standards is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. -Compliance with security, delivery standards, and best practices is consistently achieved.

2012 saw the company changing its name to We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp. Adapting to the times, it has been our advocacy to train young professionals to become instruments in bringing talents and client-companies together.
