Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various business units to identify and govern critical cyber and data security components in alignment with established policies.
Continuously engage, educate, and gather feedback from stakeholders to promote awareness and adoption of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) principles and practices.
Review business processes and system controls to ensure the effective implementation of cybersecurity measures that mitigate organizational risk.
Provide guidance and support to the NCS Cyber Security Steering Committee on initiatives such as risk assessments, third-party due diligence, audit coordination, and regular reporting of cybersecurity metrics.
Lead the resolution of audit and assessment findings to ensure timely and effective implementation of necessary controls.
Promote a strong cybersecurity culture by encouraging adherence to industry best practices and internal security standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) roles.
Strong familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
Proven track record in designing and implementing GRC frameworks and compliance programs for both internal corporate systems and client-facing environments.
