About the Role
We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee and ensure the seamless operation of IT infrastructure across all sites. This role is pivotal in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of IT systems, including servers, networks, firewalls, telephony, cybersecurity, and data centers, ensuring 24/7 operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support IT infrastructure operations across multiple sites, ensuring systems meet service levels.
Manage and resolve infrastructure incidents, outages, and escalations in a timely manner.
Provide technical expertise on servers (Windows, Linux, VMware), networks (LAN/WAN, Cisco, HP), and firewalls.
Oversee system availability, performance, and capacity planning to minimize downtime.
Implement ITIL best practices in incident, problem, and change management.
Work with IT management to establish standards, policies, and best practices.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for support and service contracts.
Conduct disaster recovery (DR) testing and ensure business continuity.
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT infrastructure team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Solid background in IT infrastructure operations and service delivery.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Cisco/HP networking, and firewalls.
Experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, or controls is an advantage.
Knowledge of ITIL methodology, with certification preferred.
At least 3 years of experience leading an IT infrastructure or operations team.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Location: Brixton, Pasig City (Hybrid Setup).
This role reports directly to the IT Manager.
Preferred Certifications
ITIL, Microsoft, VMware, Linux, Cisco, or HP certifications.
