· Manage the timely and accurate preparation, filing, and payment of tax returns and statutory tax obligations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, BIR regulations, and government requirements.
• Monitor tax deadlines, registrations, certificates, and other tax compliance activities.
· Prepare and maintain tax schedules, reconciliations, supporting documents, and compliance records.
• Coordinate BIR audits, tax assessments, inquiries, and related government requirements.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.
• Manage and maintain legal documents, contracts, permits, licenses, and corporate records.
· Coordinate with external legal counsel, tax advisors, and government agencies on tax and legal matters.
• Monitor legal and regulatory compliance and ensure timely completion of required actions.
• Identify and escalate tax exposures, legal concerns, and compliance risks to management
