Invoice and Payment Processing
· Oversees validation, processing, and SAP posting of vendor invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
· Reviews payment documents, proof of payments, BIR withholding tax forms, employee payments, and cash advances.
• Ensures timely and accurate processing of payments within established controls and approval limits.
Monitoring and Reconciliation
• Monitors payment forecasts, due dates, outstanding invoices, and vendor account issues.
• Oversees AP-related GL, bank, petty cash, and balance sheet account reconciliations, including Advances to Suppliers and AP Trade.
• Ensures compliance with AP policies, internal controls, and reporting requirements.
Documentation and Compliance
• Ensures complete and accurate payment documentation in compliance with BIR, banking, and company requirements.
• Maintains proper documentation for employee-related and vendor transactions.
Procurement and Budgeting
• Oversees Finance-related Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Supports Finance budgeting through AP and operating expense forecasts.
Audit Support
• Coordinates internal and external audits by providing AP records and supporting documentation.
• Addresses AP audit queries and ensures timely resolution and documentation of audit findings.
