With experience in Microsoft 365

• Lead the design, deployment, and governance of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Architect and manage Exchange environments (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019), including hybrid configurations and cloud modernization initiatives.
• Drive tenant-to-tenant and on-premises to cloud migration projects ensuring minimal disruption and high data integrity.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint and device lifecycle management across Windows and iOS platforms.
• Oversee identity and access management solutions using Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, ADFS, and SSO (SAML).
• Ensure robust security and compliance posture using tools such as Microsoft Purview, DLP, Conditional Access, MFA, Defender for Office 365, and Sensitivity Labels.
• Design and manage mail flow, DNS configurations (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and transport rules.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to streamline administrative tasks.
• Produce High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD), migration runbooks, SOPs, and audit documentation.
