Business Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

● Engage with clients to deeply understand their business processes, objectives,
and challenges, converting these insights into actionable integration and automation
strategies on our Lighthouse platform.
● Recommend and integrate suitable SaaS solutions for CRM, accounting, and
e-commerce to optimize client workflows.
● Utilize knowledge of process automation to design and implement effective
solutions through Lighthouse.
● Oversee the project process end-to-end, from gathering business requirements
and converting them into technical specifications to overseeing testing and ensuring
thorough documentation.
● Develop detailed project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and
implementation plans.
● Provide expertise in API usage, payload management, and JSON formatting for
robust custom integrations.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the successful delivery of projects
from concept to execution and support.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
● Demonstrated understanding of business processes with an ability to identify
automation opportunities.

● Strong knowledge of SaaS products, especially in CRM, accounting, and e-
commerce, with a capability to recommend and integrate these systems

effectively.
● Solid foundation in process automation principles, ideally demonstrated
through work with iPaaS platforms or similar technologies.
● Proficiency in API usage, understanding payloads, and working with JSON for
custom integration purposes.
● Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts
to non-technical stakeholders.
● Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
