Position: Senior .NET Developer Experience: 4–5 Years Education: BE / B. Tech, MCA, MCS, MSc (IT/CS or equivalent)
Job Overview Application development has evolved rapidly with the adoption of AI, ML, cloud-native architectures, and containerized deployments. working on enterprise-grade AI/ML and Image Processing products, responsible for designing, developing, documenting, and deploying scalable solutions on modern cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Docker-based microservices. This role demands strong technical ownership, architectural thinking, and hands-on expertise across backend systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven services.
Key Responsibilities Engineering & Architecture • Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade .NET Core applications and RESTful APIs • Lead implementation of high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services • Apply SOLID principles, clean architecture, and design patterns • Build and optimize parallel processing & multithreaded services for high-volume workloads • Ensure low-latency and SLA-driven API performance Cloud & DevOps • Design and manage Docker-based containerized deployments • Deploy and maintain services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, IAM) • Work closely with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines • Ensure observability, logging, monitoring, and cost optimization
AI, ML & Image Processing • Integrate and consume AI/ML services into enterprise workflows • Hands-on experience with: o Image Processing & OCR/OMR pipelines o Vision APIs and document intelligence • Collaborate with AI engineers on model integration and inference services Quality & Delivery • Write unit tests and integration tests (mandatory) • Support QA, UAT, and production deployments • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews Documentation & Compliance • Prepare and maintain system documentation, including: o Architecture diagrams o Implementation & Integration documents o ERD, DFD, API contracts • Ensure adherence to company policies, security, and compliance standards
Technical Skills Primary (Must Have) • C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core (.NET 6+), MS SQL Server 2016+ • REST API Design & Security (OAuth/JWT, REST standards) • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery • Docker (containerization & deployments)
Databases • Relational: MS SQL, Oracle 11g+ • NoSQL: MongoDB, Cassandra • Others: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite AI / ML & Image Processing • Cognitive Services (Vision APIs) • Google Vision API • OpenCV 3.4+ • TensorFlow 3.6+ • MATLAB (Image Processing) • OCR / OMR systems • Solr / Lucene (Big Data & Search) Additional / Preferred • Python (for AI/ML & automation) • C++ • Node.js (10+) • Cross-platform development experience
Platform & OS • Google Cloud Platform (Primary) • AWS / Azure (Good to have) • OS: Linux & Windows
Abilities & Soft Skills • Excellent verbal and written English communication • Strong client-facing communication skills • High ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision • Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
