Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Role Overview-
The Senior Recruiter will lead a team of 4 Recruiters while continuing to actively
participate in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates. This role demands a
proactive approach to bulk hiring, strong coordination with consultancies and
stakeholders, and a consistent focus on maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead and mentor a team of 4 Recruiters, driving performance, accountability,
and hiring output.
Actively manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, including sourcing,
screening, scheduling, and final closures.
Personally maintain a daily calling target (minimum 100+ calls) to source and
qualify candidates.
Ensure the team meets individual and collective targets of 150+ calls per
recruiter per day and timely closure of open positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to align on hiring
priorities, TATs, and quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external consultancies and hiring
partners.
Track and review team performance, pipeline health, and daily activity reports.
Conduct regular feedback sessions, share sourcing strategies, and implement
process improvements.
Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination across recruitment
stages.
