Lead end-to-end SAP BASIS administration across SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, and ECC environments.

Drive technical planning, installations and upgrades (support packs, kernel, database) and manage complex landscape migrations.

Manage ABAP and Java stacks, including system installations, patching, and troubleshooting.

Provide hands-on DBA support for HANA, Sybase ASE, and MaxDB, including backup/recovery, performance tuning, and database upgrades.

Manage and maintain SAP new-dimension products such as BW, Portal, CRM, SRM, CPI/IS, GRC, and Solution Manager.

Implement and manage High Availability (HA) setups, system replication, and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.

Execute system refreshes, client copies, transport management, and SAP archiving activities.

Perform proactive capacity planning, system sizing, and database growth analysis.

Oversee change and release management processes using CHARM, Solution Manager, and other ITSM platforms.

Administer and optimize SAP Solution Manager, including configuration, monitoring, and integration with managed systems.

Develop and manage custom UNIX/Linux shell scripts for automation and alerting mechanisms.

Monitor system health using EWA, CCMS, OS tools, and third-party solutions such as Nagios, Dynatrace, and Azure Monitor.

Conduct and coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex performance and stability issues.

Ensure compliance through audit support, system hardening, and adherence to SAP security guidelines.

Lead cutover planning and technical downtime minimization strategies for go-lives and upgrades.

Mentor and guide junior BASIS team members; build a strong internal knowledge base and SOPs.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, application, and cloud teams.

Maintain strong client relationships and act as a technical advisor during project discussions and escalations.
