1-2 years of experience in Development/Support in SAP CPI

Experience in SAP CPI application technology and having worked with an offshore team of monitoring analysts

Experience in SAP PO/PI Monitoring
-
Interface with technical and process teams & understand technical support requirements
-
Frequent monitoring and reporting to the offshore team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Essential Skills & Experience:
-
Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP CPI, SAP BTP Integration Suite, API Management
-
Technical Skills: Proficiency in XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, ODATA, Groovy/JavaScript, and Integration patterns.

This role includes, but is not limited to the following:

Verify & trouble shooting interface failures
-
Monitor application performance
-
System outages and incident handling
-
Monitor and follow-up open notifications and Incidents in ServiceNow
-
Monitor shared mailbox for user requested action
-
Provide customer support through global hotline phone calls
-
System maintenance support on working hours (disruptive windows) and weekend maintenances (after pilot)
-
On-call support during week Offs
-
Follow documented escalation procedures

Soft Skill Requirements:

Must speak, read, and write English fluently

Able to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience

Able to interact with Offshore team
