Job Summary We are looking for a Jr. Site Engineer (Civil) who is keen to build a career in construction and site execution. The role involves supporting day-to-day site activities, coordinating with project teams and contractors, and ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, quality, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day execution and supervision of civil and PEB construction activities Support site engineers in planning, coordination, and monitoring of ongoing works Read and understand civil, structural, and PEB drawings and support execution accordingly Coordinate with contractors, workmen, site teams, and project engineers for smooth execution Monitor work progress and assist with basic site measurements, reporting, and documentation Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety
practices Identify and report site-level issues to the concerned engineer or project team Develop practical knowledge of modern construction techniques, PEB systems, and site execution
methods Support material and manpower coordination at the site as required
Eligibility Criteria BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred Candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background with relevant interest in PEB/construction may also
be considered Strong willingness to learn, take ownership, and develop practical site execution skills Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to understand and work with engineering drawings
Requirements Willingness to work at project sites across PAN India Comfortable working in a site-based and dynamic construction environment Flexible and adaptable to different project locations and site conditions Proactive attitude with a strong interest in the construction and infrastructure industry Willingness to take responsibility and learn through hands-on experience Immediate joiners are preferred
