Compliance Officer

We are seeking a meticulous Compliance Officer to join our client’s team in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with gaming regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies, maintaining operational integrity and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions
• Conduct due diligence on PSPs, affiliates, and B2B partners to ensure compliance with AML and financial regulations
• Oversee Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies, ensuring proper risk assessment and documentation
• Manage regulatory filings, licensing requirements, and compliance audits
• Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise management on necessary actions
• Review marketing materials, promotions, and advertisements for compliance
• Train staff on compliance-related matters and best practices

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field
• Experience of 3-4 years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management preferably in the iGaming, Fintech or Payments industry
• Understanding of KYB, PSPs, AML, and KYC frameworks 
• Strong knowledge of gaming regulations in multiple jurisdictions
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and ensure adherence to strict compliance standards
