Junior Lawyer

A client of ours, an independent multi-family office based in Limassol, is seeking a Junior Lawyer to join their Legal, Tax, and Compliance team, providing support to high-net-worth families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for family projects and ongoing tasks, ensuring smooth execution
• Manage personal asset structuring and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions
• Oversee tax-related matters and ensure regulatory adherence
• Assist in opening and managing bank accounts internationally
• Support real estate acquisitions and other investment transactions
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain Statement of Wealth (SoW) / Source of Funds (SoF) files
• Develop estate planning structures to ensure efficient wealth transfer
• Provide consultation on tax matters in Russia and in international jurisdictions
• Stay updated on evolving tax regulations to advise on best practices

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• Strong understanding of corporate and tax laws
• Basic knowledge of international tax structuring, CFC rules, FATCA/CRS, and currency regulation & control legislation
• Prior experience in a Big 4 firm is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and adapting to changing conditions
• Strong coordination and legal drafting skills
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to excellence
• Fluent in Russian and English
