Senior Dealer

Our client is a CySEC-regulated investment firm offering cutting-edge financial and investment technology services to high-net-worth professional traders and institutions. They are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Dealer to join their dynamic and fast-paced team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of trading platforms ensuring smooth trade execution
• Monitor market news and events, analyzing their impact on trading activity and positions.
• Assess company exposure and risk, providing strategic input to support decision-making.
• Implement and improve company dealing procedures for greater efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor client accounts, analyse trading patterns, and identify risk factors.
• Identify and report abusive or suspicious trading patterns 
• Lead and contribute to departmental projects focused on optimization and process improvement.
• Prepare and analyze trading reports for internal and regulatory use
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the dealing team

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar dealing role within a regulated financial institution
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• CySEC Advanced Certification is highly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of MT5 Manager and Client Terminal
• Deep understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management principles
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Willingness to work on a shift basis, including night shifts
• Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered a plus)
