Legal & Compliance Advisor

A leading and rapidly growing company based in Limassol, active in the iGaming sector, is expanding its team. We are currently looking for a Legal & Compliance Advisor to support the company with tasks such as drafting and revising agreements, conducting research on domestic and international law, assisting in the licensing processes of software solutions, and ensuring compliance across various business matters.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and preparing legal documentation related to the provision of games and solutions for the online gambling industry
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Provide legal and regulatory advice on contract negotiations, corporate matters, and new business initiatives
• Advise on compliance matters concerning existing and emerging regulatory requirements and assess their potential impact on the business
• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external counterparties
• Develop, maintain, and manage legal and compliance databases
• Implement corporate changes and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Actively participate in due diligence processes and license verification with counterparties
• Review, update, and communicate legal and compliance reports, policies, and procedures

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• University degree in Law
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Ability to draft legal documents and correspondence independently with minimal supervision
• Strong legal knowledge combined with excellent analytical skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
