Agile Delivery Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Agile Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of product development sprints and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality releases. This role is key to maintaining agile best practices, facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams, and overseeing the effective use of Jira as a product and sprint management tool.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and lead Agile services including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner closely with the development team to groom and prioritize product backlogs
• Guide teams in Agile practices, helping them continuously improve performance and delivery cadence
• Ensure sprint goals are clearly defined and achieved on time while maintaining high-quality standards
• Act as the Jira administrator: manage dashboards, workflows, custom fields, and reporting for team visibility and product tracking
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Identify and remove obstacles that may impact the sprint or team performance
• Maintain a strong understanding of product goals and roadmap to support alignment between technical execution and business objectives
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar Agile leadership role
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Jira, including configuration and administration
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Experience working with software development teams in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Have:

• Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
• Familiarity with Confluence, Trello, or other Agile collaboration tools
• Exposure to product management practices and delivery workflows
