Role Overview:
The ServiceNow SAM Developer will be responsible for Software Asset Management implementations ensuring license compliance and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize ServiceNow SAM / SAM Pro modules.
• Implement software lifecycle and reconciliation processes.
• Integrate SAM with CMDB, ITAM, and procurement systems.
• Develop compliance dashboards and audit reports.
• Support optimization and audit activities.
Mandatory Skills:
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM / SAM Pro.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models.
• ServiceNow scripting and automation expertise.
Good to Have:
• ServiceNow SAM certification.
Experience:
• 8–12 years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
