Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end lending operations, including DSA network development, loan processing, borrower relationship management, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. DSA Network Development & Management
Identify, onboard, and build a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)
Maintain regular engagement with DSAs to drive loan sourcing
Provide training, support, and performance tracking of DSAs
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
2. Sales & Business Development
Generate loan leads through DSAs, direct sourcing, and references
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets
Develop relationships with builders, vendors, and channel partners
Promote NBFC products including secured loans, vendor financing, and working capital loans
3. Loan Processing & Application Handling
Handle complete lifecycle of loan applications from sourcing to disbursement
Assist clients in filling applications and collecting required documents
Coordinate with internal teams for faster processing and approvals
4. Financial Analysis & Credit Evaluation
Conduct basic to advanced financial calculations including:
Eligibility assessment
EMI structuring
Cash flow analysis
Analyze financial statements, bank statements, and credit reports
Support credit team in underwriting and risk assessment
5. Documentation & Due Diligence
Prepare and verify all loan documentation:
Loan agreements
KYC documents
Income proofs
Conduct due diligence checks including:
Customer verification
Property/legal checks (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with RBI and internal NBFC guidelines
6. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing borrowers
Follow up on renewals, top-ups, and cross-selling opportunities
Address customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels
7. Collections & Follow-ups
Track repayment schedules and ensure timely collections
Coordinate with borrowers for overdue payments
Support recovery efforts in case of delinquencies
8. Administrative & Operational Work
Maintain accurate MIS reports and records
Update CRM systems with lead and loan data
Assist in audit, compliance, and reporting requirements
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field
2-5 years experience in NBFC, banking, or lending industry
Strong understanding of loan products and credit processes
Good knowledge of financial statements and basic underwriting
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial calculations.
