1) Establish TCS thought leadership in the market, among the peers and customer stakeholders by creating Point of View, attending events, presenting papers, etc.
2) Able to Facilitate discussions with Global clients to elaborate on the areas proposed improvements.
3) Proactively Support Global Sales team on the Business development activities such as pursuit development and RFP solutioning, proposal writing and presentation.
4) Participating & Executing Projects with activities such as
a. Facilitate discussions with the existing and new client to elaborate on the areas proposed improvements, building process understanding
b. Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
c. Develop and present a plan to implement the recommended changes.
d. Provide clients with guidance regarding business process optimizations to improve operational business capabilities.
e. Identifies business impacts and works to resolve scope and boundary issues.
5) Able to perform Market Research and Analysis that we can present to clients.
