Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition & Operations Trainee at Techify Solutions, you'll gain practical experience in both HR recruitment processes and daily business operations. Your responsibilities will span across administrative coordination, recruitment support, and internal process management—offering a well-rounded introduction to the workings of a growing tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (Basic Recruitment Support):

• Assist in sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes to shortlist profiles matching job criteria
• Help in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates to ensure smooth interview experience
• Support recruitment drives and campus hiring activities

Operations & Administration:

• Maintain employee and intern records, attendance, and onboarding documentation
• Help with office administration tasks, including asset tracking and documentation
• Assist in coordinating team events, meetings, and internal communications
• Maintain and update databases, reports, and internal trackers
• Support in vendor coordination, billing, and purchase orders
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and logistics

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interest in operations, administration, and recruitment functions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute
